Como verificar se uma porta está aberta para acesso externo

Em algumas situações precisamos verificar se uma porta está aberta para acesso externo e o ideal é fazer de um local fora do estabelecimento em questão.
Para verificar, podemos utilizar o site YouGetSignal e informar no campo “Remote Address” o endereço NoIP do cliente e no campo “Port Number” informar a porta a ser testada.
Por exemplo, para testar a porta do Symmetrics, ficaria da seguinte maneira:
